About the role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who has a relentless pursuit for excellence, and is a great communicator to make an impact across our Global Audit technology organization as we move into the Cloud. You will be part of our technology organization, working closely with other IT teams across Deloitte and will have an opportunity to build our next generation Cloud platform on a global level. You will work across various parts of Deloitte, work with other countries, learn new technologies and have fun! You are expected to be an experienced leader with strong communication skills to clear roadbacks, coach the product teams about agile scrum and deliver successful products for our global audit practice. You should be someone that brings new thinking and is excited with the challenge of driving change and improvement. We want someone who relentlessly pursues excellence, loves scrum and agile, and can build trusting relationships across teams. Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Coordination of all scrum events and backlog refinement
• Coaching teams to become more and more agile in their ability to deliver working software
• Clearing impediments for the team and facilitating the team's ability to remove impediments on their own
• Maintaining and acknowledging the Sprint and Release goals so that the team remains focused and for the benefit of the Product Owner
• Actively monitors and seeks to strengthen the overall health of the product backlog by seeking a mature and properly sized backlog
• Coordinates and collaborates with other Scrum Masters within the organization to align techniques, practices and approaches
• Reinforces transparency and accountability within the Scrum team
• Embodies agility by recognizing adapting and stressing incremental delivery
• Lead, own, model and drive Agile with SAFE and Scrum culture and behaviors

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Years of Experience: 6– 9 years Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills that can be leveraged to facilitate discussion and time box sprint-related events and meetings
• Ability to compile metrics that measure the progress and outputs of the sprints and releases
• Understanding of alternate agile frameworks, how and when to leverage them
• Iterative Product Development
• Experience with ALM tools such as VSTS, TFS, JIRA, etc.
• Ability to work with global delivery units
• Proven communication and mentoring skills
• Strong experience leading mission critical systems on a global level
• Experience delivering solutions in the cloud (e.g. Microsoft Azure) is a plus
• Passionate for making things better and driving action
• Brings new thinking to challenge existing technology and processes & drive change across the organization
• Excellent at building relationships across teams and communicating for influence (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Desire to understand our businesses and users
