We are seeking an experienced

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

Champion Agile practices and coach teams to adopt and refine Agile ways of working. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution. Manage delivery of network engineering or IP connectivity projects. Use JIRA and Confluence for Agile rituals, backlog management, and reporting. Track sprint progress through burndown charts, velocity, and other delivery metrics. Collaborate effectively across multiple teams, resolving conflicts and building alignment. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders. Negotiate priorities and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Proven experience in Agile delivery within technical or engineering projects. Hands-on experience managing network engineering/IP connectivity projects. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Pragmatic and results-oriented approach with a focus on quality delivery. * Open, collaborative mindset and ability to lead without direct authority.
