Managing administrative tasks such as holding meetings, facilitating collaboration, and removing roadblocks to

Ensures that team members adhere to agile values and the methodology correctly.
Protecting team members from outside interference and distractions.
Ensures the User Acceptance Testing is valid.
Requirements (Skills & Knowledge):
Good communication skills.
Intercultural experience especially with European or US companies beneficial.
She/he should lead a team of 10 to 15.
Exemplifies and promotes agile values and principles.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development
life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other scrum techniques.
Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams.
Leadership and management experience.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Tech (Computer Science) and MBA in Information Technology.
