Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate can come from Business Analyst, Testing/QA, or Development backgrounds, with strong hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master and driving Agile best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8-12 years of overall experience with strong Scrum Master experience
Open to candidates from Business Analyst / QA / Testing / Development backgrounds
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
CSM Certification (mandatory)
Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
Ability to handle stakeholder expectations and distributed teams
