What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer & Scrum Master to manage and contribute to Salesforce development initiatives while facilitating agile practices for cross-functional teams. This dual-role position requires hands-on development in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), combined with Scrum Master responsibilities to ensure efficient project delivery, team collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for driving technical excellence in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
Salesforce Developer Duties:
+ Design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions focused on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Order Management.
+ Oversee the implementation of Flows, Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with third-party systems.
+ Manage development lifecycles, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce architectures.
+ Ensure best practices in data management, security, and performance optimization within the Salesforce platform.
Scrum Master Duties:
+ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) for teams working on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ projects.
+ Manage multiple tracks concurrently, ensuring alignment of priorities, resources, and timelines across teams.
+ Coach team members on agile principles, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative environment to improve velocity and product quality.
+ Track and report on sprint progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Salesforce's agile accelerators.
+ Promote continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
+ Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Requirements
BA/CS in Computer Science and 5+ years of experience in administration and development of Salesforce's Sales Cloud Functionality
Must have 2+ years of experience in architecting and designing for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas
Experience developing in Salesforce Sales cloud, Service cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
Experience in designing, coding, and implementing APEX code Triggers, Classes, Components, etc, Visualforce and Lightning components, SOQL and SOSL languages.
Ability to navigate in a complex enterprise setup and work with multiple cross functional teams for release planning and deployment coordination.
Clear insight of Salesforce platform best practices, coding and design guidelines and governor limits
Extensive knowledge of product configuration, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins & Salesforce CPQ APIs
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Experience with agile software development processes and best practice
Strong desire to learn. You are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential
Salesforce certifications preferred
