Job Description

Total of 10 years and minimum 3-4 year experience in handling scrum teams and all sprint ceremonies. * Good Knowledge of the Agile processes is needed and should have deep understanding of all the Agile ceremonies and facilitate them. * Good know ledge of either JIRA or VersionOne tool for tracking US and sprints. * Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. * Working closely with clients, Developers and QA and other stakeholders. * Assist the business te sting team in UAT functional testing. * Assist the development team in any functional clarifications required during the development or issue fix stages. * Continuous engagement with the development team to ensure that the requirements are implemen ted correctly during development phase. * Understanding of insurance domain will be added advantage * Need to work independently with client and motivate the team to deliver sprint goals. * Ensure the delivery by the team is as per the agreed upon specifications. * Clear communication and ability to work with business users, understanding their requirements and demonstration of the solution * End to end experience of the project lifecycle with experience of testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and expectations Soft skills : * Aggressive * Self motivated * Collaborative, engaged, speaks up and voices opinions * Should be good in communication and work with customer team closely * Handle the team effici ently and make sure team follow all the standards and meet timelines. * Stakeholder management * Understanding of Project financials would be added advantage..
