Scrum Master - Procure-to-Pay Product Teams
What you will do

Scrum Master
for one or more of Amgen's
Source-to-Pay product teams
, driving agile delivery of digital solutions that support procurement transformation. You will enable high-performing, cross-functional teams by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting agile best practices. Your role will be crucial in delivering value across initiatives such as guided procurement, supplier onboarding, and sourcing optimization. .
Roles & Responsibilities:

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with Product Owners and team members to deliver prioritized backlog items with quality and predictability.
Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and promoting continuous improvement.
Track and manage sprint metrics, burn-down charts, and team velocity for improved transparency.
Promote agile values and team collaboration to develop a culture of innovation and delivery excellence.
Partner with Release Train Engineers and other Scrum Masters to coordinate cross-team dependencies and PI planning activities.
Ensure adherence to Amgen's agile delivery and compliance frameworks.
Coach the team on Agile/SAFe principles and foster adoption across the broader organization.

Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree and 4 to 6 years of relevant experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 6 to 8 years of relevant experience OR

Background in procurement or ERP-related technology projects.
Experience supporting teams through organizational and technology transformations.
Professional Certifications (Preferred):
