We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Scrum Master / PM

to lead agile delivery across multiple enterprise platforms and intelligent automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving

SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Freshworks, Process Mining, RPA, and AI chatbot

implementations.


You will play a critical role in fostering agile best practices, removing impediments, and ensuring high-performing teams deliver value consistently and efficiently. This role is pivotal in driving

digital transformation initiatives

, helping organizations modernize legacy systems, enhance user experiences, and accelerate business agility through cutting-edge technologies.


The primary location for this role is

Bengaluru, India.

What You Will Do

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog and ensure clear sprint goals. Track and report on key metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and team performance. Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating when necessary. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across platforms like SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and Freshworks. Support delivery of automation initiatives involving Process Mining, RPA tools and AI chatbot platforms. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

What You Bring

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience

as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Demonstrated success in delivering projects across

SAP

,

Workday

,

Salesforce

,

ServiceNow

,

Freshworks, Celonis

and

RPA/AI chatbot

platforms. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation and digital transformation initiatives.
