Job Summary:

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile development practices within the team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability. The role involves guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a servant leader and coach for the Scrum teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies -- Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives. Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and escalate issues as needed. Foster strong collaboration between Product Owner, Developers, and other stakeholders. Ensure that the team follows Agile principles, practices, and frameworks effectively. Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to ensure transparency and improvement. Coach team members on Agile values and mindset to enhance maturity across the organization. Support the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy and prioritized product backlog. Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of interdependent tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I, or equivalent Agile certification required. 2-6 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and software development lifecycle. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). Proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
