Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate
Scrum ceremonies
and ensure adherence to Agile processes.
Drive
continuous improvement

Guide teams on Agile techniques including
TDD, CI/CD, automated testing, user stories
, and pairing.
Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and ensure alignment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and enhance productivity.
Foster collaboration in distributed and virtual team environments.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience with strong
Scrum Master
expertise.
Proven knowledge of
Scrum, Kanban, XP, Scaled Agile
frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Agile techniques (TDD, CI/CD, automated testing, user stories).
Scrum Master certification
(e.g., CSM) is mandatory.
Strong communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills.
Proficiency with
JIRA
and
Confluence

Ability to manage and orchestrate across multiple Agile teams.
Experience working with

and virtual collaboration environments.
