Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your primary focus will be on guiding and coaching the development team, product owner, and organization on Agile principles and practices. Must have experience with hands-on SAFe Agile (large enterprise version of Agile Scrum). Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead the team to complete the workshop phase of the software development cycle.
• Guide and coach the development team and product owner in adopting Agile best practices and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder the team\'s progress.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment that encourages creativity, transparency, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications preferred.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software development practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
