Duties & Responsibilities

Liaison with Agile coaches and support in Agile transformation across various product lines Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices Removes impediments and help team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions Is accountable for the Scrum Teams Effectiveness Identify process level improvements in teams and address those dysfunctions Good interpersonal and communication skills Coach budding scrum masters in teams Flexibility to travel to/across IBS offices

Experience & Skills

Experience of 3-4 years as a Scrum Master and total experience of 8+ years Experience in JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, Agile metrics and best practices Experience in distributed Agile model * CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist certifications will be an added advantage
