Job Description

. Act as SCRUM Master, with hands-on min 3+ years as Scrum Master Exp and overall, 6-8 years development experience and drive the ERP product development and team of engineers to get projects delivered from start to finish.

. Deep understanding of Scrum framework, roles, events, and artifacts. Familiarity with Agile principles.

. Demonstrates Servant Leadership skills

. Responsible for release planning, estimation, proactive risk management, client communication, project stakeholder management, risk, sprint planning, execution and continuous improvement.

. Proactively engage in solving impediments faced by Engineers, Clients and provide timely, smart solutions.

. Create motivated teams. Coach and guide team members. Manage productivity improvement.

. Communicate Risks/ Status/ Issues to management in professional manner and effectively and mitigate with needful.

. Interview and hire new team members. Succession Planning.

. Help establish best industry processes and ensure deliveries inline. Suggest improvements where needed, face quality audits and implement various initiatives in the engagement.
