We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies, including SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience facilitating Agile practices and driving continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.



Key Responsibilities:


Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Guide teams in the adoption and implementation of SAFe principles and Agile best practices. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Track and report on team progress, metrics, and Agile maturity. Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.


Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a minimum of [X] years in Agile environments. Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAFe framework. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)) preferred.
