Key Responsibilities
Schedule and facilitate all scrum ceremonies.
Work closely with customers to ensure quality deliverables from team on time
Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Generate and analyze metrics to monitor and improve the team's velocity, software quality and efficiency.
Encourage self-organization and empowerment of the Team
Provide training for new members and refresher sessions for existing teams.
Enact change & continuous improvement to increase the productivity and efficiency of the team and quality of deliverables.
Foster a culture of collaboration within the team, promoting team building and ensuring team engagement

Work Experience
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 4 years of work experience in agile project/product delivery
Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Exposure to tools utilized in an agile development environment such as Atlassian, TFS, Jira and Confluence etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience generating metrics and reports
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
Experience in project management aspects
Desired Skills:
CSM or any relevant Agile certification
Experience in Healthcare domain
