About this opportunity:

We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you will do:

We are now looking for Scrum Master in delivery team. This job role is responsible for below:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

The skills you bring:

Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner Knowledge of Scrum framework Knowledge of Agile methodologies Knowledge of Scaled and distributed Scrum Knowledge of other Agile methodologies (Lean, Kanban) At least 3 years of experience in IT projects At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master At least 1 year of experience in development team management Experience in large projects including offshore. Experience with Test Driven Development, Experience with Behavior Driven Development. DevOps experience Unit testing and other Agile technics Trouble ticketing and Event Management experience Automation processes Cloud management and deployment
