We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach multiple Agile teams in delivering high quality products The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile methodologies strong facilitation skills and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement across teams Required skills 10 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of Scrum Kanban and SAFe frameworks Excellent facilitation communication and conflict resolution skills Experience with Agile tools JIRA Confluence Rally Proven ability to manage multiple teams in a scaled Agile environment Certifications CSM PSM or SAFe Scrum Master preferred
