We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help the team deliver high-quality software while continuously improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support and coach the Scrum team in Agile principles and Scrum practices. Remove obstacles and ensure the team remains focused and productive. Collaborate with Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog. Track team progress through burn-down charts, velocity metrics, and sprint reports. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Identify and mitigate risks impacting sprint or project goals. Foster strong communication between technical and non-technical team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Proven ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Certification preferred: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM I, or equivalent.
