Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Remote
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Lead Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
*Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and priorities
*Identify and eliminate roadblocks to keep the team moving smoothly
*Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery
*Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement
*Foster team collaboration and positive vibes
Key Skills:
*2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
*Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
*Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills
*Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
