About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master with strong hands-on expertise in Jira to guide our Agile teams and ensure smooth delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams on Scrum practices, and leveraging Jira for effective sprint planning, reporting, and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize deliverables.

Ensure transparency in team progress through Jira dashboards, metrics, and reports.

Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in Agile best practices.

Proactively identify and remove impediments to ensure sprint commitments are met.

Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cumulative flow, etc.) using Jira.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong expertise in Jira administration and reporting (dashboards, filters, workflows).

Proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred).

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.

Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).

Technical background or familiarity with DevOps tools.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
