About the jobProfile: Scrum Master/Agile CoachExperience with deep knowledge and experience with multiple Agile frameworksCoordinate PI planning, sprints cadences, retrospectives, system demo, ideation/improvement trackingShould be able to coach/mentor team members in Agile frameworksFamiliarity with all Agile practices, regulated environments and software development practicesFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationBe the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)Facilitate user design thinking/coaching sessions with product owner and developer, UX designer, Quality EngineersShould be able to manage the technical debt and improve product quality value through out product life cycleShould be able to remove impediments and resolve conflicts and issues that occurManage capacity Vs demand and ensure team deliver results end of every sprintParticipate & contribute to Team of teams, Scrum of Scrum (SoS), Risk management, Release management cadenceShould be able to understand businessExperience in setting and managing cross functional agile/product teams and coaching them to become high performing teamsExperience in defining and managing metrics for the team, leverage metrics for teams continuous improvementsHaving good understanding on what\xe2\x80\x99s products, capabilities, product vision, strategy, roadmap and business values are essentialExperience in defining and guiding team on agile playbooks, its application and continuous improvementVery strong communication skills, conflict management skillsStrong collaboration, coaching, facilitation and problem-solving skillsWell versed with tools- JIRA/MIRO/SNOW/Confluence/Azure DevOpsGood to have end to end product model experience any industryPreferred SkillsAgile certifications (e.g. CSM/PSM, ICAgile, SAFe) desired when accompanying demonstration of an agile mindset and relevant examples of experience and skills to help enable teamsLocation: Chennai/Bangalore/Pune and HyderabadEmployee Status: Full Time Employee
