SCRUM Master

Location: Remote (Pune)

Status: Permanent, Full Time

What are you responsible for?

• Guide the team on implementing SCRUM agile practices and values
• Coach, support and develop the talent in the teams through 1:1\'s and continuous feedback
• Assist with removing impediments or guide the team to remove them
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on refinement and maintaining the product backlog.
• Adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A proven background in a Testing or Development capacity, with more recent commercial exposure as a SCRUM Master
• Awareness of widely successful Agile techniques (User Stories, TDD, CI, CT and Agile Games)
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment
• Fantastic communication skills, both oral and written, along with being a people person
