ROLE SUMMARY: This role is a full time Scrum Master position working initially across two scrum team (London and Bangalore) to coach the team in Agile practices, remove obstacles and impediments from the team and enhance the transparency, predictability and velocity of the teams' output. The successful applicant will be a confident advocate and expert in Agile practices and able to diagnose and address issues within the team that detract from optimal productivity and delivery of business value. Operational Analytics deliver and support several analytics and data science capabilities including: Delivery of Business Intelligence via provision of dashboards, visualisations and ad-hoc data analysis tools Development of algorithms and machine learning models to improve our understanding and prediction of operational issues and opportunities in Business Service Delivery encompassing technology and process Pioneering of a Machine Learning Operations (ML-Ops) model within LSEG to allow rapid prototyping, deployment, testing, and rollout of machine learning applications Analytics / Data Science consultative service - partnering with operational and business colleagues to understand business needs and recommend/trial data driven solutions and approaches. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Schedule and facilitate scrum ceremonies (Planning/Daily Scrum/Refinement/Review/Retrospective) across x2 Scrum teams Develop and use a working understanding of Analytical dashboards, ML Models, ML / Data pipelines and their automation in Cloud environments mainly AWS Coach/mentor the team in effective application of the Scrum methodology. Support the Product Owner in producing valuable metrics and reporting (burndown charts, cycle time, cumulative flow, forecasts) Track and monitor team/delivery capacity and help the team to deliver their sprint commitments Work in partnership with Business and Technology teams to build effective relationships, remove organizational hurdles/blockers and promote collaboration and trust in the team's ways of working. Develop the team to become maximally self-organizing and accountable for its goals and output YOU'LL BRING: Strong stakeholder management skills including presenting to senior stakeholders and customers. Expert facilitation skills. Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices - Scrum in particular. A pragmatic, problem solving mindset that helps the team maximize its potential.
