ROLE SUMMARY:

We are hiring for a Scrum Master who will be able to contribute to our Project Function team in organizing our ongoing and new projects. This task involves facilitating the cross-functional teams in executing the principles of Agile, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and is responsible for removing the impediments that are preventing the teams from completing the work.





To be successful as a Scrum Master, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

What You'll Do

Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement Guide backlog refinement and ensure sprint goals are well-defined and achievable Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and custom filters to track progress and outcomes Partner with stakeholders on release planning, deployment readiness, and production support Ensure transparency through accurate work log/timesheet validation and reporting Support a dynamic team of 15-20 members through the full SDLC Address challenges effectively and keep delivery on track

What We Are Looking For:

2-4 years of total experience, with at least 2 years dedicated as a Scrum Master Strong expertise with Jira (JQL, dashboards, filters, reporting) Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis and presentations Proven experience in SDLC project delivery and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to navigate diverse situations

Nice to Have

Professional Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) Awareness of Lean practices and AI-driven solutions
