Primary Skills

. Deep knowledge of the

(user stories, backlog refinement, definition of done, automated testing, etc.). Strong understanding of

Agile principles

communication, facilitation, and servant leadership

skills. Proven ability to manage

multiple projects

, coordinate across teams, and track sprint performance. Strong

problem-solving

conflict-resolution

abilities. Proficiency in Agile tools such as

JIRA

Azure DevOps

.

Secondary Skills

Familiarity with

software development life cycle (SDLC)

and technical environments. Experience with

Kanban

XP

, or other Agile frameworks. Understanding of

metrics and reporting

(velocity tracking, burndown charts, etc.). Ability to mentor junior Scrum Masters or Agile team members.

Good to Have Skills

Scrum Master certification

(CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Degree in

Plan and track deliverables

Remove impediments

and resolve issues that hinder the team's progress or productivity. Collaborate with

business stakeholders

backlogs, priorities, and new requests

transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

within the teams. Promote effective

internal communication and collaboration

across development, QA, and business teams. Help teams implement

process improvements

and adopt best Agile practices for higher maturity. Ensure

deliverables meet quality standards

and align with the definition of done. Create and nurture a

positive, empowered team environment

where members take ownership of outcomes.
