:: Scrum MasterJob Responsibilities:Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Develop a deep understanding of the project's functions and take ownership of follow-ups to ensure the project progresses smoothly and stays on track.Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.Experience with the SAFe framework is desirable.Collect, analyze, and share team metrics from Jira to promote transparency and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with Agile best practices by producing and maintaining necessary artifacts.Identify, escalate, and follow up on issues that are beyond the team's control, ensuring they are addressed promptly.Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate dependent work and ensure alignment across teams.Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Management, and Product Owners to prepare for and support program-level events and milestones.Qualifications:8-13 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years as a Scrum Master.Experience in Web/eCommerce is highly preferred.In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including a proven track record of successful project deliveries.Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.Ability to identify business challenges and apply innovative solutions to address them effectively.Familiarity with SAFe framework is a plus, but not required.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for driving Agile transformation while ensuring project success through effective team coaching and coordination.Skills:Scrum Master,Ecommerce Website,Agile ScrumExp - 8-13yrsLocation - BangaloreAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
