:
Agile & SAFe Experience
5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum roles
3+ years of direct experience in a SAFe enterprise environment, supporting multiple teams
Deep knowledge of SAFe, Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles
Program-Level Facilitation & Delivery
Proven ability to facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) including PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos
Strong command of end-to-end (E2E) delivery for large-scale, multi-system integrations and enterprise-grade implementations
Scrum Leadership & Coaching
Servant-leader mindset with a track record of coaching multiple Scrum teams
Expertise in impediment removal, team agility uplift, and maintaining Agile discipline
Stakeholder & Dependency Management
Experience aligning with Product Management, Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, and Business Owners
Skilled in managing cross-team dependencies and vendor/offshore coordination
Metrics & Reporting
Ability to drive metrics-based delivery: velocity, predictability, defect trends, ART health
Strong focus on continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team transparency
Soft Skills
Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
Certifications (Required):
Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
