The Impact: You will work with a talented team of developers, quality analysts, and product owners to ensure the company\'s products are continuously improved with new functionality delivered to our customer base on a timely basis. This team is committed to mitigating risk while managing tasks, resources, and changes. You will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders through regular communications. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. Help manage risks and dependencies within the Scrum Team. Escalate and track impediments within the Scrum Team. Facilitating to getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed.
