Job Description

- Scrum Master Manage the scope and deadlines of individual projects Coordination of sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coaching team members on agile frameworks Support of internal communication and effective collaboration Contact person for external communication (e.g. with customers or stakeholders) Working with product managers on backlogs and new inquiries Resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles Helping teams implement changes effectively Ensuring that delivery items meet quality standards at the end of each sprint Guiding development teams towards a higher level of Scrum maturity Supporting the establishment of a productive environment in which the team members take responsibility for the product and enjoy working on it Experience working as a Scrum Master Knowledge of software development Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (e.g. definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Good knowledge of other agile frameworks (Crystal, XP,Scrum,Kanban etc.) Excellent communication skills and servant leadership skills Problem solving and conflict resolution skills Outstanding organizational skills Degree in computer science, economics, or a related field Scrum Master certification is a plus Sharp analytical abilities, proven creative presentation skills and excellent communication skills...
