Our team is equipped with experienced and qualified finance professionals associated from the top notch institutions such as IIT, LBS, IIM, Stephen\'s, LSE, and various global banks. : Scrum Master will be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality works/tasks/tasks in the Product Software Development for the Fintech Industry. Scrum Master duties include managing the business stack holders, product managers, development team leaders, development and quality analysts and getting the requirements to be documented, planned and executed, and delivered within the required timelines along the quality standards, resolving problems and communications gap between the team members on Agile methodologies, to make all of them are in the same page, and to monitor the daily progress of the development and to keep track and up-to-date status on the allocated work items. You will help to create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprint planning and execution using Azure DevOps Boards and Tools. You have an excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques, ability to coordinate people and projects on deliverables and strong communicator, capable leader and invested in Agile frameworks and deliverables.
Experience: - 2 to 4 Years of incredibly good Agile Scrum Master, prior experience in Product Oriented Organizations rather than Service/Project Oriented Organizations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage each sprint\'s scope and timeline with quality manner. - Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. - Coach team members in Agile frameworks. - Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. - Daily stand-up meetings and status updates on daily basis to make progress to delivery. - Implement changes and steps to increase the team\'s productivity. - Keep informed about all the stack holders for the daily status/progress/blockers to resolve. - Be the point of contact for the stack holder Business / Product / Development communications. - Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests and change requests. - Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during the development phase. - Help teams implement changes effectively and timely in a quality manner. - Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint planning/execution. - Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity and to make to follow the process. - Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it. Skills: - In-depth knowledge of querying language only Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL. - Ability to analyze data and application/customer flows. - Writing of T-SQL performance optimized queries. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - MS Excel Pivot/Charts/Diagrams/Reports proficiency. - MS Word Requirements/Resolution Documentation. - MS PowerPoint Presentations skills. - SWOT and GAP Analysis and findings with proper resolutions. - Strong Data Analysis and Data Reporting - Managing Non-Technical Stack holders\' collaborations. - Vendors/Lenders/Partners communications and collaborations. - Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities. - Microsoft Power BI dashboards/reports knowledge/understanding. - MS SSIS / SSAS / SSRS basics knowledge/understanding. - Experience in a scrum master role and certification is a plus. - Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user. Stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, sprint planning and execution in Azure Dev Ops). - Lead and coach scrum adoption with multiple stack holders and teams. Other specific requirements: - Should be from Product based / startup company. - Currently working in a Fin Tech organization is a plus. - Should be from Tech. background. - Must have implemented agile system from scratch / maintained. - Could lead a team.
