GrowExx is seeking a Certified

Scrum Master, who has prior experience of facilitating multiple teams in aspects of Scrum framework with all artifacts and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product / project's scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective, planning meetings and daily stand-ups Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback Manage scrum board and ensure that stories/tasks are up to date Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal / external communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for all communications Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur and help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

Education and Experience

B Tech or B. E. 1st Class from top 100 institutes in India CSM or PSM certified 7+ Years of total experience with a min. of 4 years of relevant experience as Scrum Master Familiarity with software development Well versed with JIRA and Confluence Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
