who will be responsible for guiding agile teams, ensuring Scrum practices are followed, and removing impediments to help the team deliver high-quality products on time. The ideal candidate should be a strong facilitator, coach, and servant leader with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including
Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
Coach team members on
Agile and Scrum principles
and ensure best practices are followed
Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on sprint goals
Act as a bridge between
Product Owner, Development Team, and stakeholders
Support Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization
Track sprint progress using Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration
Ensure transparency, visibility, and timely delivery of sprint commitments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Scrum Master
or Agile Coach
Strong understanding of
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience working with
cross-functional development teams
Hands-on experience with tools like
JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple stakeholders
