Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups 8. Hands on in Agile frameworks 9. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration 10. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) 11. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests 12. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur 13. Help teams implement changes effectively 14. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint 15.
