Visit us - Business Information: The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2300 skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy\'s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries. Mission Statement: Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations to facilitate business activities, develop and sustain effective control environment to strengthen corporate governance. Your Responsibilities: Enabling agile software development projects, system operations and maintenance to success together with global project team. End to end responsibility for all project deliverables, to be provided on-time, and with high quality. Promoting and supporting the Agile team in following the Scrum process. Support the agile development process and ensure clarity and transparency of the product backlog content and prioritization, processes, and project progress with products such as Release Plans, Performance Measurement (KPI\'s), Epic to Feature to Task Mapping, User Story Collection and more. Educating and coaching the team in Scrum. Coaching the team in self-management. Facilitating the removal of impediments to the team\'s progress and escalates to the RTE if necessary. Ensuring that all team events take place, are productive and kept within the timebox. Creating the environment for continuous improvement on Team level. Supporting the overall SAFe implementation. Your background: Bachelor\'s Degree in information systems, electrical or mechanical engineering Must have 5 years of experience. Well versed with SAFe agile & Scrum methodologies. Certified Scrum Master (SSM, CSM, PSM) / Project Manager (IS PM Level 2) with 5+ years of experience in driving IT projects. Fair knowledge of SQL DB and Scripting language. Knowledge of Azure/AWS Cloud. Proficient in SDLC, Testing, MS-Office, Reporting Tool. Agile software\'s like Azure DevOps, Jira etc. High sense of responsibility and commitment. Systematic approach and business-oriented mindset combined with good articulation skills. High degree of intercultural awareness. Innovative, open minded, self-responsible and self-driven personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
