Previous experience working with Software Reliability Engineering (SRE) approaches (e.g. Release engineering, Observability, Error budgets, etc) and / or DevOps or Automation focused teams will be highly valued.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent discipline, candidate must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position.
Ideal candidate must have proven credentials of delivering in world class engineering teams.

Must model behaviour that facilitate Agile delivery and must be willing to learn.
Relevant industry certifications are an added plus.

Should have deep knowledge on API Services, REST Services.

Should implement automation using a BDD approach through Gherkin / Cucumber for UI and API Testing.
Should demonstrate excellent hands-on experience in building and implementing automation and should leverage the Banks official in-house test automation framework built on Open source stack e.g. Core Java and Selenium API (Web Browser) / Cucumber API and other API libraries.
Should demonstrate and implement back-end validation using Structured Query Language.
Should collaborate and work with distributed teams and leverage tools like Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
Hands on with Cloud Services. OpenShift / AWS is must.
Ensure self and delivery teams implement and practice all aspects of Continuous Integration and Deployment.
Should take challenges head on and be able resolve bottlenecks / impediments.
Should be self-motivated and demonstrate a positive attitude.
It would be an advantage to possess domain / functional knowledge in Credit or Loan Origination.
Test Documentation and Process as part of daily activities
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
