Job Description


The Role Responsibilities Strategy Awareness and understanding of the CCIB & T&I Transformation Strategy and how it and our teams are measured, which includes coaching stakeholders when needed on the why&rsquos and how of various agile approaches and techniques Business Aware of impact on the business users and our clients that are product is built for - focus should be creating value quickly, however safely, sustainably so it scales. Creating awareness and transparency with Data of your teams progress in delivery, improvements in behaviour, approaches and technical solutions and impediments. Processes Master of Agile principles and particularly Scrum and Kanban methods and concepts Various Scaled Agile frameworks (SoS, SAFe, LeSS, etc) Demonstrated ability create transparency and monitor effectiveness around good agile and engineering practices through squad data driven analysis and conversations - moving teams towards self-management and ownership of work Demonstrated experience removing team impediments to help them improve short and long term Good understanding on Release Management, DevOps, Engineering Practices, Quality & Test strategies Knowledge and/or experience with various successful Agile techniques: Visual Management, User Stories, ATDD, BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, XP, Agile Games Previous experience working with Software Reliability Engineering (SRE) approaches (e.g. Release engineering, Observability, Error budgets, etc) and/or DevOps or Automation focused teams will be highly valued Knowledge of Banking ecosystems - preferably in Risk or Corporate & Institutional Clients domain with understanding of associated applications, complex systems interfaces, products, process, and Risk regulatory framework/models/reporting People and Talent Adaptive to changing situations and enjoy collaborating with global teams in a diverse multi-cultural environment Passionate for solving challenging problems and learning new skills Enjoys wearing different hats of Teacher, Mentor, Coach & Technologist Experience in coaching and helping teams and stakeholders in their agile learning, personal and team transformations Support the Product Owner and other stakeholders while building a trusting and safe environment for the team where problems can be raised without fear, blame, retribution or judgement Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills Highly self-motivated and able to work well under pressure to manage competing demands, complex situations, people and technology Risk Management Scrum and Agile approaches to managing Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependences in conjunction with your stakeholders and team Governance Scrum and Agile approaches to managing Product Governance in conjunction with your stakeholders and team Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
