PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER Technical and Professional Requirements: \xc2\xb7 5+ Years of experience as a scrum master in software development team \xc2\xb7 Expert in agile software development methodologies & practices \xc2\xb7 Good Knowledge of Agile Frameworks Scrum, SOS, Kanban Scrum and Principles \xc2\xb7 Experience in analyzing, planning, implementing and delivering sprint goals \xc2\xb7 Expert in conducting daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos retrospective meetings \xc2\xb7 Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft office, \xc2\xb7 Assess the maturity of scrum team, provide support & coach the team to higher level of maturity & promote continuous process improvement \xc2\xb7 Facilitate & lead agile ceremonies, remove impediments faced by team to improve team productivity \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with developers, QA team & product owners to break down business requirements into stories & tasks \xc2\xb7 Track, monitor & report various agile/scrum metrics & sprint/release progress \xc2\xb7 Report and escalate to stakeholders as needed to remove blockers from the team \xc2\xb7 Should be able to plan, execute, monitor the project and manage team size of 15+ \xc2\xb7 Proficient in customer and internal communication, processes and reporting \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a global cross-functional environment collaborating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems \xc2\xb7 Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience managing virtual (including Onsite- and off-shore) teams in an international environment \xc2\xb7 Experience in execution of Full Stack development project on AWS ( Cloud + DevOps) as Scrum Master Preferable: \xc2\xb7 Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals \xc2\xb7 Experience with SAFe methodologies MUST Certifications: \xc2\xb7 Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM ) Education: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or similar discipline At FIRMINIQ we have best in class work environment and an inclusive culture that makes you feel connected and be part of whatever we do.
