Job Summary

Position Summary: \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be leading 2-3 scrum teams across a vertical and helping them adopt the agile mindset and practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in lean and agile - values & principles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in agile frameworks and related tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Looking for L4 level self-motivated candidates with fairly good communication skills who want to pursue their career as an Agile practitioner in the long run. \xe2\x80\xa2 The ideal candidate should have Software development, Project/Program Management/Delivery, BA/PO Exp.
Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Can lead 2-3 scrum/Kanban/XP teams and inculcate the awareness of agility within the team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive all the ceremonies for the scrum teams and track the backlog conversion work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Helping team and PO/Team in story writing and organizing the requirement components \xe2\x80\xa2 Coach teams through the journey of agile adoption with appropriate frameworks \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate and advise Agile Frameworks, tools, and techniques to team, as applicable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organizing Metrics for team and stakeholders to have transparency and visibility in release work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Helping verticals and organizations in doing the agile maturity assessment periodically \xe2\x80\xa2 Helping team in removing the impediments for smoother scrum/iteration cycles \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with client and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis doing agile solutioning for deliveries


Qualifications:


\xe2\x80\xa2 7 to 10 - years of overall experience in the IT Industry as a Developer/Tester/BA \xe2\x80\xa2 3 to 4 - years of experience as scrum master (SM) & agile project management delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferable to have the candidate from Analytics/Data engineering/BI domain. \xe2\x80\xa2 Some understanding of design thinking and systems thinking preferable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good to have Atlassian JIRA, MS ADO, Atlassian Confluence, MS SharePoint, Rally, MS Excel skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mandatory: CSM, PSM-I/II/III/SAFe, LeSS, RTE etc. Active certification is a must. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good to have: Relevant Agile advanced certifications (Lean Kanban/Scrum Alliance/ Scrum.org/Disciplined Agile) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners teams project management best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working Knowledge of tools like MS Office, Power BI reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Client Facing roles - mandatory.
