Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

TITLE : Development Coordinator - Scrum Master

REPORTING To: GSC IT Reporting Lead

WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore / Chennai / Noida

OVERALL OBJECTIVES:

Eurofins today is strengthening the Global IT Reporting team. The Global IT Reporting team is governing IT operational data, and produces and maintains certified data and reports that are used by more than 3,000 IT professionals across the globe, in multiple IT departments (IT Quality Assurance, IT Service Management, IT Compliance, Information Security, IT Infrastructure). The data in scope is the security posture of the IT environment, the compliance of IT Assets, and the quality of IT Service Management.

The requirements around data and reporting are channelled to the Global IT Reporting team in various sizes, and managed either as projects or via Agile SCRUM pipelines.

The role of the Development Coordinator - Scrum Master is a combination of SCRUM master and technical project coordinator. The Development Coordinator manages the development backlog, drives the development, tests, and releases to production, thus managing the work of the team of Data Engineers and BI Analysts. The role includes working closely with the Product Owners of the reports, the IT Demand Manager (Business Analyst), and with the owners of the various data sources, which makes it a quite pivotal role.

SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:

The Development Coordinator - Scrum Master is an Associate role.

The Development Coordinator - Scrum Master:

• Analyses the approved requirements from stakeholders (across IT and business functions).
• Breaks down approved requirements into user stories. Liaises with stakeholders and product owners in detailing out the requirements.
• Prioritises the backlog of stories with the Product Owners.
• Plans the sprints and the project tasks and gets development done.
• Creates project plans, scope documents, schedules and forecast for BAU projects.
• Provides timely communication on the impact of changes and decisions. Identifies project risks and issues.
• Hosts and moderates all the Agile events of the team.
• Improves the practices and tools for Agile and project execution.
• Provides project progress reports to project team, stakeholders, and management.
• Organises the support level 3 within the team (diagnostic and bug-fixing).

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Personal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (in English, both orally and in the writing, including moderating meetings)

Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques (SCRUM, Kanban)

• At ease with distant & international communications through several technologies (video-conferences, ticketing tool, documents and forums, phone, chat, e-mail)

Initial Education Background:

• Bachelor\'s degree or diploma

Language skills and level expected:

• English (fluent) required

Type and duration of previous experience

• 6+ year experience as SCRUM Master
• 4+ year Experience as Project Manager
• Experience as IT Infrastructure Support is a plus
• Experience in DataOps is a plus

Technical knowledge:

• Agile on MS Azure DevOps
• Agile module and Incident management on ServiceNow
• ITIL certification
