Job Description

  • Lead a team of Scrum masters working within several business verticals of the organization.
  • Embrace servant leadership and lead agile behavioral change by example.
  • Educate, coach, and mentor, teams at different levels to help improve organizational outcomes thru the application and adaptation of agile frameworks to our business needs.
  • Help identify organizational impediments and work with the leadership team to create effective strategies to overcome them.
  • Create and deliver agile training and workshops to teams, stakeholders, and leadership on an ongoing and as-needed basis.
  • Manage project's scope and timeline.
  • Coordinate sprints, reviews/retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and scope changes.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove blockers.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
  • Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and take pride and accountability for it.
  • Implement key performance metrics to measure the scrum team's performance and report to senior management.

  • 10 ~ 15 Years overall experience in IT Industry.
  • 3 - 5 + Years' experience in leading/coaching Agile teams programs in organizations with distributed teams.
  • You have experience in leading function-oriented project groups (incl. agile project structures) on an international level and enjoy working in and being part of international program organization with virtual/multicultural teams.
  • Flexible to wear required hat as a Trainer, Mentor, Consultant and Coach.
  • Excellent social skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with various levels of partners for delivery management, change management and other IT service management processes
  • You have some understanding of Business processes, e.g., Finance/Accounting, controlling, logistics and/or reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of the SAP S/4 HANA is good to have.
  • Intercultural experience is desired.
