Description: Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune Exp: 9-12 Years Required: DevOps + Jira Min 3 years Scrum certified Role: Scrum Master Ideal Candidate Reporting to the IoT Program Managers, the Scrum Master will lead the development team for agile projects. This position also defines the metrics to be used to track project process. Should have experience in managing cross functional teams of around 8-15 people. The person has to be proficient in managing sprint team and experienced working in Agile methodology and good experience with Agile tools. Should have experience in working with global large enterprises on new development, support and maintenance projects. Roles & Responsibility Overall responsibility for meeting agreed-upon deliverables, timeframes and quality metrics for the project for scope of work Knowledge on Cloud Platform (Azure or AWS) and DevOps Manage each project's scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Sprint Planning, Story grooming and sprint team tracking and management Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove impediments Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it Desired Skills & Experience: Total experience of 9-12 years, with 2-3 years' experience in a scrum master role Familiarity with software development Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills, handling teams of 8-15 people Degree in Computer Science Scrum master certification is mandatory Manufacturing Industry background.
