Position: Scrum Master

Experience: 4+ Yrs

Location: Visakhapatnam

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies, AI, web, and 3D technologies. The ideal candidate will drive projects from conception to deployment, coordinating across cross-functional teams including AI, web, and 3D/AR engineers, ensuring successful delivery of complex technology solutions.

Required Skills:

4-6 years of experience in Agile project management / Scrum Master roles. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack, MS Teams, Miro & Figma. Agile certifications: CSM, PSM, or equivalent. Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks. Proven experience in coaching teams, facilitating Agile adoption, and resolving blockers. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Working knowledge in cloud Technologies: AWS & GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD pipelines Working knowledge in GitHub / GitLab and full stack development and Python

Preferred:

Knowledge in development & AI Stack: GitHub / GitLab, Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch (AI-focused teams), Node.js, React, Next.js (web apps), 3D visualization tools (Blender, CLO3D, Marvelous Designer), Unity / Unreal Engine (for virtual fitting room & immersive fashion) Experience in technology-driven projects, preferably in e-commerce, AI/ML, or 3D/AR domains. Familiarity with blended design-development workflows and immersive digital experiences.
