Preferred Skills and Experience B.Tech./B.E/M.Tech in computer science or equivalent stream 8-12 years of IT experience with 5-6 years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Experience with building and growing cross-functional Agile teams and transforming organization Strong in building relationships and establishing trust with key stakeholders including Engineering Leaders, Product Owners and other contributors It is essential to have knowledge and experience using public cloud providers like AWS or Azure Quick learner - Must be able to quickly gain high level understanding of the technical and business domains of the development team Must have skills Knowledge about different Agile Frameworks and Practices like Scrum, Kanban and Extreme Programming Stakeholder Management and Risk Management A customer-centered approach to conflict resolution and problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Situational Awareness - Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management Drive for continuous improvement is a must Nice to have skills Good to have experience working with Platforms teams Knowledge and exposure on working with APIs Good to have knowledge and experience working with the latest technologies like IoT and DevOps Exposure to TDD, BDD and Test Automation using python or selenium, etc Experience with Atlassian Tools such as Jira and Confluence Agile Certifications like CSM, PSM 1 & 2
