Primary Responsibilities:



Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coach the development team and product owner on Scrum principles and best practices Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress Act as a servant leader, fostering an environment of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement Monitor and report on team metrics, progress, and burndown charts using Rally Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints Help the team manage the sprint backlog and track progress throughout the sprint Promote collaboration and communication within the team and with external stakeholders Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions Identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate changes that increase team effectiveness

Required Qualifications:



Full time graduate degree or equivalent experience Experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment Experience with Rally or a similar Agile project management tool Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven solid coaching and mentoring abilities Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and personalities

Preferred Qualification:



Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
