Reporting To: Agile Program Manager / Delivery Manager
Job Purpose:
To facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and ensure effective collaboration between development, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery flow across sprints.
Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog.
Promote continuous improvement and agile maturity within teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with Agile best practices and organizational standards.
Support release planning and risk management activities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Ability to foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and accountability.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in software development/project delivery with 2+ years as Scrum Master.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
Experience in Agile-at-scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
