About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized

Scrum Master

with around

2 years of experience

in managing Agile development teams focused on

web and mobile application projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective). Guide and coach the development team on Agile best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with the

Product Owner

to manage and prioritize the

product backlog

. Track project progress and maintain transparency through metrics like burndown charts and velocity reports. Identify and remove impediments to ensure team efficiency and productivity. Promote collaboration, self-organization, and accountability within the team. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of web and application projects. Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and timelines. Support the organization's transition towards Agile methodologies if not fully adopted.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2 years of proven experience

as a

Scrum Master

or

Agile Project Coordinator

, especially in

web and mobile app development projects

. Solid understanding of

Agile frameworks

(Scrum, Kanban). Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Hands-on experience with project management tools like

Jira, Trello, or Asana

. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (

CSM

),

PSM I

, or equivalent certification. Familiarity with

UI/UX workflows

DevOps

, or

QA processes

. Exposure to

API-based web development

and

cross-platform mobile app projects

.
