Scrum Master will be responsible for driving and coaching agile best practice as well as partnering with the engineering team, product ownership, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of priorities. Scrum Master will manage sprint delivery and report on milestones, blockers, and release expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Facilitates all scrum events for the team Works closely with engineering team to deliver on roadmap commitments Understands the product, user personas and business processes in which the product is used Collaborates with multiple teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure team member can articulate a clear, compelling Product vision aligned with portfolio vision Monitors and guides teams in holding themselves accountable to deliver high-quality, defect-free solutions on time and on budget Works with teams to measure progress/health using Agile methods, influencing improvements in key indicators (e.g. MBOs, Velocity, Capacity, Defects, WIP) Works with leadership to support demand/capacity management/ forecasting or multiple teams (e.g. velocity, high-level estimations, release planning) Partner with Product to ensure user stories are created and a healthy backlog is prepared for team refinement Serves as a resource to others Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience working as a Scrum Master or in Agile Environments Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proficiency in Agile tools preferably Rally Familiarity with metrics tracking and reporting in Agile projects Solid understanding of Scrum framework and Agile Methodologies (SAFe preferred) Proven excellence in communication and facilitation Proven solid organizational and time management skills Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts within teams
