Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scrub Nurse to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a sterile environment in the OT, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative period.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures. Assist the surgeon by passing instruments and supplies during operations. Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts before and after surgery. Handle surgical specimens properly and ensure accurate documentation. Collaborate with OT team members to ensure smooth workflow. Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment. Assist in preparing the patient and surgical site pre-operatively. Clean and restock OT after procedures.
Qualifications:

GNM or B.Sc Nursing with valid registration. Minimum 1 year of experience in OT (preferred). Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
