Key ResponsibilitiesOperation Theatre (OT)
Prepare the OT before procedures by ensuring sterility, availability of instruments, equipment, and consumables.
Perform scrub duties during surgical procedures, including handling instruments, sutures, and supplies.
Maintain strict aseptic techniques throughout the procedure.
Assist surgeons during procedures such as Organ Transplant (OLT) and other major surgeries.
Count instruments, sponges, and needles before and after procedures.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste.
Support post-operative care and assist in transferring patients safely.
Cath Lab
Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures.
Prepare patients, equipment, and sterile fields for Cath Lab procedures.
Handle catheters, guidewires, and other Cath Lab instruments efficiently.
Monitor and maintain sterility and patient safety during procedures
