Role Overview
Responsible for assisting surgeons during operations, maintaining sterile conditions, and ensuring smooth OT functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Assist surgeons during procedures. Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control. Manage instrument counts and documentation. Ensure patient safety and support OT workflow.
Skills Required
Knowledge of surgical instruments and OT protocols. Attention to detail and teamwork. Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
